For once, I can come back to some of my old work and my old journals to say that I have come a long way since then. I am now in my second semester of college and loving it. Technically it would be my third because I started in the summer, however, either way you spin it, college has been a great adventure. I have met some amazing people and been through things that have tested my strength and shown that no matter what is thrown at me, I will not falter. Yet, the break has been hard. Coming back to my hometown was nice and I reconected with some of my old friends. My only fear now is loosing these amazing people as well as my old friends. I fear it more than anything else, because I feel like I am failing them. But that is a story for another time, methinks.

I have reverted back to my old hobby of painting. Though I love jewelry making, I am enjoying the painting. It has been the majority of what I do on the breaks from college. I can not promise that they will be uploaded because of being distracted by a massive amount of books to read. But life has been good, so I am not feeling guilty this time by lack of updates.
